This was a competition brief set by the Phoenix Arts Centre in Leicester to create a basic corporate identity for the new "Digital Media Centre". I chose the name "Light", and produced a logo, website, printed promotional material and branding guidelines.

Title: "ISTD 75RPM"
This is a piece of typographic design of mine. It was an entry in the ISTD (International Society of Typographic Designers) competition titled "75RPM". The brief was to illustrate typographically the lyrics of at least 2 songs. I chose to work with lyrics from songs that utilize a famous drum loop originally sampled from the 1969 single "Amen, Brother" by The Winstons.

I did this self directed project between first and second year at university to explore informational graphic design, and the concept of "hierarchy of information". It also served as a good opportunity to learn how to use photoshop in conjunction with Quark Xpress.

When my father's dental practice moved to a building, they decided to take the opportunity to rebrand. I was entrusted with the task of creating a new corporate ID for the practice, which included designing a new logo, business stationery, and signage.

I did some promotional printed material for a martial arts school which specializes in the style "Mandinga" of the martial art Capoeira. This involved photo manipulation and some branding.

This is some of my own printed promotional material, they're tiny booklets of my work. I designed this in such a way that the whole booklet is printed on to a single sheet of A4 and folded to make 16 pages.
